Policy Update Effective August 17, 2024
We know you work hard to find your buyers the best home for their needs. That’s why we want to make sure your commission is protected should your clients purchase a Glenwood Homes home. If you cannot accompany your buyers on their first visit to a Glenwood Homes show home, please register your buyers online or call us at 405.692.2222 ext. 325 before their first visit to one of our show homes. We do ask that you have your buyer's permission to register them as your client.
Your registration will be active for 30 days and covers all Glenwood Homes communities. You can re-register your buyers as many times as needed. Please let us know if your buyers are relocating from another city or state, and we’d be happy to extend the registration period to 60 days.
We encourage Realtors® to be involved with their buyers throughout the contract, construction, and closing processes. We have our own Real Estate Purchase Contract that is specific to our product, procedures and processes. Realtors® are welcome to contact our New Home Consultants for assistance at any time.
We love working with Realtors®, and as such we do not lower our sales price just because a home buyer chooses not to work with a Realtor®.
Please note: In an effort to protect both Realtors® and our in-house New Home Consultants, if buyer has first contacted Glenwood Homes through our website, on the phone or in person at any of our community show homes without being previously registered by a Realtor®, the Selling Agent will be a Glenwood Homes New Home Consultant unless the buyer indicates he/she is working with a Realtor® on our registration card or via our online Request for Info form.
Here are three simple steps to show Glenwood Homes homes. Locate the MLS lockbox on front door or garage light of our model home. Unlock the MLS lockbox with the eKEY and it's smart phone app,or the ActiveKEY.
In the MLS lockbox you'll find one key and alarm code to the model home, and one key and alarm code to all the market homes.
