A Note to Our Customers

At Glenwood Homes, the health and safety of our employees, customers and community is a top priority. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented protocols in accordance with the CDC to more safely serve our customers and local community.

As of Sunday, March 22, our model homes remain open by appointment only.  If you or anyone you have been in contact with has experienced flu-like symptoms or a fever, we ask that you reschedule your appointment until cleared by a medical professional.

We take safety very seriously and given concerns associated with COVID-19 we are providing extra care to sanitize our model homes for customers and our team. In practicing social distancing, we kindly ask that upon entry all guests use hand sanitizer, refrain from shaking hands and maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet at all times.

Our website remains our strongest platform for finding your new home. Virtual tours allow you to experience our homes from the comfort of your phone or desktop. All of our communities, collections and amenities are listed online.
